We ask you for your target construction budget and give you feedback about what amenities are realistic for your yard within that budget range. So you end up with a yard in your budget range, not one that’s unattainable.
We create a custom design tailored to you, your space, and your budget. So you get a yard you love and that you’ll spend time in every day. Instead of one with overpriced features you don’t actually use.
We review your design concept with one of our Preferred Builders, a trusted contractor near you. This way, we get an initial cost estimate and confirmation that your design can be built within your construction budget range.
If the estimated cost to build your design is more than your target budget, we revise your yard concept with the local contractor until it is within your target budget.
We walk you through your new yard with a 3D tour of the space and your estimated construction costs, according to a local contractor. We show you how every detail, from layout to materials, fits into your budget.
