We want to make sure you get your dream yard.
The easiest, and best way to get your yard built, is to choose a contractor from our trusted network.
But, if you go a different route, we’re still here for you!
When you work with an out-of-network contractor, we’ll gladly help facilitate the construction process, provide additional guidance, and work with your build team (with their cooperation). That said, we charge an additional fee for this consulting service.
When you work with a Preferred Partner, our added support is included free of charge.
We want you to end up with a yard you love, which is why:

→ We created a scoring system that makes it easy to tell if a contractor has good project management, great communication skills, quality, customer service, etc.
→ We flag contractors who don’t live up to our standards to protect our clients from signing bad contracts or getting scammed

If for some reason you are unhappy with your “Preferred Partner” contractor, we’re here to advocate for you.
We have personal relationships with each and every contractor in our network, so we can communicate on your behalf to address any frustrations, complications, etc.
