Fire Over Water
What do we mean by this?
When fire is used as a decorative element without the function of a fire table or other fire feature you can sit around. This is fire that’s meant purely to be beautiful to look at. Especially when it’s mixed with water elements. You get to see the reflection of the fire dancing over the water and there’s something incredibly luxurious about combining the two elements.
Unusual Swimming Pools
This is a “Foxterra signature”: unique swimming pools. We like to push the boundaries about the definition of “what is a pool.” And create spaces where a pool starts in an unconventional spot, there are floating walkways, where there is a ton of dimension and discovery. So many people have this idea about what a pool should look like and we like to challenge that by giving our clients truly one-of-a-kind pools for their outdoor spaces.
Floating Sunken Seating Area
Another feature that gets requested often is a sunken seating area surrounded by water. There’s something so calming about sitting at eye level with water. It’s tranquil and relaxing, and something we try to incorporate whenever possible.
Custom Lighting
Of course every backyard we create for our clients has custom lighting. But, the Foxterra way is using light in an artistic, decorative way. We use lighting to highlight unexpected elements and create surprise and interest with lights. We want our clients to have a completely different experience in their yard at night as they do during the day.
