luxury yard inspiration:
What’s the one thing almost everyone wants to add to their yard?
The feature that turns an outdoor space into a yard you love?
The most requested feature we hear from clients?
The answer to this question might surprise you.
It’s not the biggest or most expensive element.
But it does instantly transform a yard and give it that “WOW” factor that our clients are looking for.
Before I share the one thing we get asked about the most, these are some of the most popular requests we hear from our clients.
And some of our favorite things to incorporate into a design.
If you’re ready to transform your yard, click the button below to get started.
Before
Our clients had a completely blank slate before. Their yard was an empty, boring lot and they wanted a yard with “WOW” factor. A space that would completely transport them every time they stepped outside – and where they can make memories with the people they care about the most.
The Design
Every design we create for our clients is in 3D – to give them the best possible idea of what their new yard will look like when construction is complete. This is a design render based on our 3D models. It showcases the monochromatic, relaxing outdoor oasis we created for our clients.
After
The final yard is even more impressive than the design renders. With a sunken seating area, rain curtain, cozy spa, and more, it’s the backyard escape our clients were hoping for. We kept the color palette neutral – with monochromatic hues – so it’s relaxing and serene. But, also added texture and dimension to make this space unforgettable.
The Sunken Seating Area
Adding a sunken seating area instantly elevates any yard. But, this one is especially impressive because it’s also floating. And has an incredible view of the rain curtain and spa. You can sit around the fire, while looking out over the entire yard.
The Hidden Spa
The spa is an integral part of this relaxing yard makeover. But, it’s even more serene because we tucked it away inside a cave-like covered patio. We used built-ins and furniture to make the space feel like an interior. And added a rain curtain at the entrance for a truly luxury experience.
The Outdoor Kitchen
This kitchen might seem simple at first glance, but we made it more interesting by adding a really cool dimensional, backlit wall. It’s the perfect outdoor kitchen for hosting with plenty of seating.
