The Pool & Spa
We didn’t change the pool or spa at all — just the materials. But, it made a major difference to the way this yard looks like now that it’s remodeled. Before the entire pool and spa area were brick. But, we gave the entire space a modern upgrade with white finishes.
The Sunken Seating Area
We added depth and dimension to this yard by creating a cozy sunken seating area for our clients. It adds visual interest by introducing another level. And comes alive at night thanks to the lighting.
The Patio
We created another seating area with a covered patio and candle wall. It instantly makes the yard feel more upscale and gives it that resort-like feeling.
The Walkway
Instead of the brick yard that was here before, we gave this yard a modern makeover with an all-white color palette and elevated material choices.

The custom lighting in this yard give it that “WOW factor” our clients were looking for.
